  • 2 cups chicken or seafood broth
  • 1 package of Cheddar Bay Biscuit mix
  • ¾ cup milk (for the biscuit mix)
  • ¼ cup melted butter (for the topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large pot over medium heat, combine shrimp, crab meat, and fish. Cook until shrimp is pink; remove from heat.
  3. In the same pot, add chicken or seafood broth, heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, salt, and pepper. Bring to a simmer.
  4. Stir in mixed vegetables and cooked seafood; heat through for about 5 minutes.
  5. Allow the mixture to thicken slightly before removing from heat.
