  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1/2 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Wash and dry the cauliflower thoroughly; cut into medium-sized florets.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, toss cauliflower with olive oil until well-coated.
  4. Add smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; mix evenly.
