- 3 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1/2 cup Panko breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
- 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Wash and dry the cauliflower thoroughly; cut into medium-sized florets.
- In a large mixing bowl, toss cauliflower with olive oil until well-coated.
- Add smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; mix evenly.
