  • 300 g turkey strips
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 onion
  • 250 ml vegetable or chicken broth
  • 300 g brie (rind removed)
  • 300 ml heavy cream
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1/3 cup chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cut the turkey strips into thin slices, mince the garlic, and dice the onion.
  2. In a frying pan, cook the turkey strips until golden brown; remove from pan.
  3. Add butter to the pan and sauté garlic and onion until translucent.
  4. Pour in the broth and add brie; let it melt completely before mixing in heavy cream, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  5. Simmer for 5–10 minutes until thickened; stir in gnocchi and cook for a few more minutes.
  6. Remove from heat, mix in chopped parsley and reserved turkey strips; serve warm.
