  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
  2. Sauté onion and minced garlic for 3–4 minutes until softened.
  3. Add ground beef; cook for 5–7 minutes until browned. Drain excess fat if needed.
