  • 1 packet Caesar salad dressing mix
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup Panko breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Lightly grease a baking dish with cooking spray or olive oil.
  3. Arrange the chicken breasts in a single layer in the baking dish.
  4. In a bowl, mix together the dressing mix, Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt until smooth.
  5. Pour the mixture evenly over the chicken.
  6. In another bowl, combine Panko breadcrumbs and olive oil until lightly coated.
  7. Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture over the chicken.
