  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons melted plant-based butter
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together brown sugar, soy sauce, melted plant-based butter, honey, garlic powder, black pepper, and paprika until smooth.
  4. Place the salmon on the prepared baking sheet and brush half of the glaze over both sides.
